By utilizing this site and booking services through Dimensional Wellness Center LLC as a valued client, you should be made aware that the purpose of Naturopathic Medicine is to use gentle, non-invasive techniques in order to encourage the body’s natural healing process. Naturopathic Medicine focuses on the 6 principles which includes prevention of disease and considering the whole person. Although Naturopathic Medicine is generally considered safe, there may still be health risks associated. These risks include but are not limited to unforeseen allergic reactions, aggravation of pre-existing symptoms, medication-herb interaction (if full medication list is not provided), or sustained health. In the state of Michigan, Naturopathic care does not substitute Primary Medical Care by licensed medical providers and Dr. Hamilton does not treat nor diagnose any medical conditions. Danni Hamilton, NMD is a licensed physician only in the state Arizona as Michigan and many other states do not currently recognize Naturopathic Physicians. Dr. Hamilton’s primary purpose is to provide education and provide natural options to support overall health and well-being.

It is recommended that you continue care from your Primary Care Physician and/or specialist while utilizing the services provided by Dr. Hamilton/Dimensional Wellness Center LLC and keep them regularly informed of any recommendations provided. In addition, it also important to provide Dr. Hamilton with any current diagnoses or symptoms, allergies, health products used, medications, supplements, botanicals/herbs, and/or pregnancy/lactation (or suspected pregnancy) status. Dr. Hamilton does not ask you to stop or change any medications or alter any treatment plans provided by your current health care professionals.

It is important to know that although much of Naturopathic Medicine is evidence-based, some recommended options are not FDA approved and some options may be based on theoretical science. There are no guaranteed results, alleviation of symptoms, or prolonged benefit from the recommendations provided by Dr. Hamilton/Dimensional Wellness Center LLC.

When using the site: DimensionalWellnessCenter.com and services by Dr. Hamilton/Dimensional Wellness Center LLC you warrant that you have the legal capacity to comply with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policies, you will not access the site through automated means which are non-human (through a bot or script), you will not violate any applicable regulation or law, or use any of the content for unauthorized or illegal purposes. Dimensional Wellness Center LLC reserves the right but is not obliged to monitor for violations of the Terms of Use, take legal action or report to authority against anyone who violates the Terms of Use, refuse/restrict access to the site or services, and facilitate proper use of the site and services.

Email Communication Terms of Use:

Emails made to patients from Dr. Hamilton/Dimensional Wellness Center LLC may or may not be HIPAA (The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) protected in order to provide patient convenience. Emails coming from info@dimensionalwellnesscenter.com are not encrypted which could be hypothetically, although unlikely, breached by phishing/malware attacks by an outside party. Emails are intended to be read and corresponded with the intended individual only. By agreeing to use services by Dr. Hamilton/Dimensional Wellness Center LLC you are agreeing to receive emails despite the potential risk. Emails include and are not limited to detailed medical information, recommendations provided, and billing/appointment information. Please notify Dr. Hamilton with any suspicious activity or issues concerning these terms. Protected forms of communication are available upon request.

Payment Policy:

At this time, insurance does not cover naturopathic care therefore, we do not accept health insurance or submit health insurance information. The payment policy is fee-for-service at Dimensional Wellness Center LLC. You are entitled to know the cost of services prior to your visit, and you are not obligated to purchase any of the recommendations/options provided to you. There are no refunds once a service has been provided.

Cancelation Policy:

YOU WILL BE CHARGED $30 FOR ANY CANCELATIONS MADE LESS THAN 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT.
YOU WILL BE CHARGED $50 FOR ANY CANCELATIONS MADE LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT.
YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE ENTIRE COST OF THE VISIT FOR NO SHOWS
YOU WILL BE CHARGED $35 IF LABS OR SPECIALTY TESTING WAS ORDERED AND NOT DRAWN/COMPLETED WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF WHEN THE ORDER WAS PUT IN.

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) is a federal law that required the making of national standards to protect sensitive patient health information from being disclosed without the patient’s consent or knowledge. It is a major goal of the Privacy Rule to safeguard individual health information to appropriately protect it while allowing the stream of health information needed to provide and encourage high quality health care and to guard the public’s health and well-being.

Dr. Hamilton/Dimensional Wellness Center LLC will take the necessary precautions to protect your patient health information from disclosure without your authorization.

Clients have the right to request a copy of their own records, decide if their health information can be used or shared (or not shared), request a preferred contact method, have corrections made to their information, or file a complaint with the government in the event of breached HIPAA law.

We encourage contact with Dr. Hamilton/Dimensional Wellness Center LLC with any issues that arise in order to resolve intended matters thoroughly.

In the event of engaged research, Dr. Hamilton may collect observed data over time only using general demographic data to conduct research for public literature in order to improve outcomes as clinical theory or use example cases to support research.

Privacy of all patients and content of the site is important to us. If you do not agree with all the Terms of Use and Privacy Policies, then you are prohibited from using this site, dimensionalwellnesscenter.com and services provided by Dr. Hamilton/Dimensional Wellness Center LLC and must immediately discontinue.
