ALL VISITS WILL BE VIRTUAL (Unless you are an H3 Client, your appointment will be In-Person on Thursdays or Fridays). You will be provided a link that will be sent to your email which will allow us to see and interact with one another from the comfort of your home or any location. There will be an initial visit lasting 1 hour. During the first visit we will discuss primary concerns, diet, exercise, lifestyle, family history, environment, current supplements and/or medications, and simply get to know one another. You may provide me with any existing diagnoses, labs, or imaging.

Following your initial visit, you will receive a phone call from my assistant to collect payment.

***YOU WILL BE CHARGED $30 FOR ANY CANCELATIONS MADE LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT AND $50 FOR SAME DAY CANCELATIONS**

Naturopathic health is not “one size fits all,” it requires making adjustments to one's recommendations and learning how those adjustments are responded to as we progress through the process. The primary objective is to learn to listen to the body as we follow the Naturopathic Principles. It is of the utmost importance to me that we resonate with one another because I believe psychological healing starts before physical healing starting from the very first visit. I want you to feel heard, cared for, and listened to in order to meet you where you are at with your needs. My individualized services are tailored to YOU.

My current services do not take the place of medical care. I do not diagnose or treat. I intend to recommend, educate, and counsel on body, mind, and spirit as whole.

I can't wait to meet you and start this journey! :)
