• All VIRTUAL appointments are on Tuesdays and Thursdays, please choose appointment times accordingly. 

​

• If requesting IN-PERSON in the Saint Clair Shores office, please book on Wednesday ONLY and leave a note you are requesting IN-PERSON. 

​

• At your first follow-up visit, I will provide you with recommendations based on what we go over at your initial visit. Subsequent follow-up visits will assess your improvements, continue to tailor your regimen to suit your needs, make changes, and/or track progress. Resolution of health concerns intend to take 3-5 follow-up visits until a course of action is revised to better meet your needs.
